PRIVACY POLICY · UPDATED 2026-05-10
Privacy.
Last updated: 2026-05-10.
Information we collect
When you submit the contact or audit form, we collect the information you enter: first name, company, email, optional phone number, and the bottleneck description. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, payment card details, health information, or passwords through this site.
Google Analytics 4 is enabled on this site. It may collect usage data such as pages viewed, device/browser information, referring pages, and approximate location. The site configures GA4 with IP anonymization.
How we use information
We use form submissions to respond to inquiries, evaluate whether a Revenue Workflow Audit is a fit, schedule follow-up, and keep a normal business record of the conversation. If analytics are enabled, we use analytics in aggregate to understand site traffic and improve the site.
Third-party services
This site is hosted by Vercel. Form-submission email is sent through Resend. Booking uses Cal.com when the booking embed is configured. Google Analytics 4 is used only if a GA measurement ID is configured. These services process information as needed to provide hosting, delivery, booking, and measurement services.
Supabase is not used by this website. If a client project later uses Supabase or another database, the account ownership, access, and data flow should be documented in the applicable statement of work.
No sale of personal data
We do not sell personal data collected through this site. We do not share form submissions with third parties for their own advertising or marketing lists.
Cookies and analytics
The site itself works without an account or login. If Google Analytics is enabled, Google may set cookies or similar browser identifiers for measurement. We do not run advertising pixels on this site.
Retention
Form submissions are retained in the founder's business email and related systems as ordinary business correspondence.
[TODO — counsel: specify retention period.]
Data requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted through this site, contact us at isaac@conawaysystems.com. We will review the request and respond as required by applicable law.
Texas jurisdiction
Conaway Systems is Houston-based and this policy is written for a Texas small-business consulting site. Texas law may apply to some privacy practices. Whether the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act applies to a given data flow should be reviewed by counsel as the business grows and as client work changes.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site, tools, or business practices change. The date at the top of the page reflects the latest update.
