Lead Response Automation
First-touch reply in minutes — drafted, qualified, and routed before the lead gets cold.
What this looks like in practice
A lead lands — web form, voicemail transcript, an email reply to a marketing send, an inquiry through a directory listing. Within a minute, a system parses the lead, scores it against your qualification criteria, looks up any context it can find (the company, prior touches, the source), and drops a draft reply into the assigned rep’s inbox. The reply opens with what the lead actually asked, not a generic template — your sign-off, your tone, your next-step offer. The rep reads, adjusts if needed, sends.
For high-confidence repeat-shape leads, the draft is essentially clean. For ambiguous or off-pattern leads, the draft is shorter and the system flags the ambiguity so the rep can take it seriously. If after-hours or weekend, the draft is staged and the rep gets a Monday-morning queue to clear in fifteen minutes instead of two hours.
We build with your existing CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close, or a spreadsheet if that’s where the leads live), your inbox, and the form vendor you already use. Make or n8n holds it together. The qualification logic is yours — we do not invent a lead score; we encode the one your team already uses informally.
Where this fits best
Highest ROI for businesses where inbound volume is high enough that response time is genuinely costing deals — usually 30+ leads a week — and where the deal size makes one saved-per-month pay for the build. Service businesses, B2B suppliers, contractors, anyone whose buyers are likely shopping around. Less useful when your conversion rate is 90 percent regardless of speed; the time saved is real, but the revenue impact is smaller.
What this isn’t
This is not an outbound prospecting tool. It does not cold-email. It does not nurture leads through a multi-stage sequence — that’s a separate workflow. And it does not let your team off the hook for the actual reply; the human-in-the-loop on net-new leads is non-negotiable, because the first message a buyer reads from your company sets the tone for the rest.
